As it was mentioned earlier, Rock Iowa has been holding out on you. Waaaaaay back in September, Rock Iowa photog… me! (Dani Ausen,) stopped by the Beati Paoli CD release show at the Vaudeville Mews. I caught some pretty good shots of not only them, but also the special two-man version of Poison Control Center [...]

After Poison Control Center warmed up the crowd Beati Paoli played through their new CD “A Sense of Urgency” song by song. Beati plays a mix of acid and indie rock with conversational yet surreal lyrics. Here is the title track and track 2 “A Sense of Urgency”:
