Rock Iowa

Scott Kubie is a producer and videographer from Blair, Nebraska. He received a BA in Journalism from Drake University. While at Drake, Scott began Rock Iowa as a student television program. He served as President of Student Activities and booked concerts and entertainment for the student body. He later served on the board of directors for the Greater Des Moines Music Coalition and was appointed their Executive Director. Currently, Scott is co-owner of The Revue Creative, a video marketing and event planning agency with his partner, Keri. He volunteers for the DMMC and lives in the Drake neighborhood.

MNPLS rockers One for the Team stopped by the Vaudeville Mews on 4th street in downtown Des Moines on 08.20.2008. We shot a few of their songs and they chatted with me about their new album, the process of working with a label, and a couple of crazy tour stories!
