Des Moines Ink

Andrew and I just got (kind of) set up at the tattoo fest. Testing out the wi-fi and blogging from the field. We’ll start putting some videos together soon and our friends Dani and Cat are coming by in a bit to do some photography. Keep an eye right here for multimedia from the 2008 Des Moines Tattoo Festival. It runs today until 10pm, Saturday from 10-10, and Sunday from 10-8.

Scott Kubie

Scott Kubie is a producer and videographer from Blair, Nebraska. He received a BA in Journalism from Drake University. While at Drake, Scott began Rock Iowa as a student television program. He served as President of Student Activities and booked concerts and entertainment for the student body. He later served on the board of directors for the Greater Des Moines Music Coalition and was appointed their Executive Director. Currently, Scott is co-owner of The Revue Creative, a video marketing and event planning agency with his partner, Keri. He volunteers for the DMMC and lives in the Drake neighborhood.
