Sin was never so funny than at 7 Deadly Sins, a really cool collaboration of Iowa scriptwriters, directors, producers, and actors. Basically through a competition, the seven deadly sins were exercised through seven ten-minute plays, each with a unique perspective on their particular sin. Lust was blatantly funny but greed was disturbingly true. We definitely got some really great writers in this state. The whole thing was put on by The Iowa Scriptwriter’s Alliance. Check it out.
